GoCoach LLC ("GoCoach," "we," "us") operates gocoachflag.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you sign up for the GoCoach beta, we collect your first name, last name, email address, ZIP code, age group you coach, and whether you are a first-time coach. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
We also store a local access token in your browser (localStorage) so you can return to the guides without signing up again. This token stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
We use the information you provide to give you access to GoCoach content, to communicate with you about GoCoach (including responding to messages you send us), and to understand the geographic and experience-level makeup of our user base so we can improve the product.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Our site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify. Netlify's privacy policy governs their handling of data that passes through their infrastructure. You can review it at netlify.com/privacy.
We retain your signup and contact form information for as long as GoCoach is active. If you want your information deleted, email ben@gocoachflag.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
GoCoach is a resource for adult coaches. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our site. Form data is stored securely by Netlify. We do not store passwords because our site does not use password-based accounts.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GoCoach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
